These Terms & Conditions apply to private trip enquiries and introductions made through Rock My Adventure.

By submitting an enquiry or proceeding with a private trip introduction, you agree to the following terms.

1. Your Agreement With Us

Helen in Wonderlust Ltd t/a Rock My Adventure designs and arranges land-only African safari itineraries. By proceeding with a private trip enquiry, planning fee, or booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Role

Rock My Adventure acts as the organiser of land-only travel arrangements, designing itineraries and coordinating services provided by independent third-party suppliers such as lodges, transport providers, guides, and local safari operators.

While we take reasonable care in selecting reputable partners and arranging your itinerary, the delivery of services on the ground is carried out by those suppliers in their respective destinations.

3. Planning & Design Fee

A planning fee may be required before detailed itinerary design begins.

• The planning fee is non-refundable

• It will be credited against the final cost of your trip should you decide to proceed with a booking

• The planning fee covers professional time spent designing and refining a bespoke itinerary and is payable before detailed itinerary work begins.

4. Flights

Rock My Adventure does not sell, arrange, or take payment for flights, whether international or domestic.

We are happy to:

• Advise on suitable airlines, routes, and timings

• Coordinate land arrangements around your independently booked flights

Responsibility for booking and managing flights rests with the traveller.

5. Third-Party Suppliers

Accommodation, transport, activities, guiding services, and any in-destination air transfers are provided by independent third-party suppliers, each operating under their own licences, insurances, and local regulations.

Rock My Adventure is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Depending on the structure of your itinerary:

• Payments may be made to Rock My Adventure for land arrangements or

• Payments may be made directly to third-party suppliers

Details will be confirmed before any booking is finalised.

7. Changes & Amendments

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to your itinerary before departure.

However, changes may be subject to availability and additional costs imposed by third-party suppliers.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will depend on the policies of the third-party suppliers involved in your itinerary and will be communicated clearly before booking.

The planning fee remains non-refundable.

9. Liability

Rock My Adventure accepts responsibility for exercising reasonable care and skill in designing itineraries and arranging land-based travel services.

We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, wildlife, operational issues, or force majeure

• Losses arising from independently booked flights

10. Insurance

All travellers are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, cancellation, and activities included in their itinerary.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a planning fee or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
